(1) This Order may be cited as the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2002.

(2) This Order comes into force -

(a) on 11th April 2002, for the purpose of making rules under articles 9G and 9H of the principal Order (as inserted by article 4 of this Order);

(b) on 27th April 2002, for all other purposes.

(3) In this Order -

(a) "the Act" means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000;

(b) "the principal Order" means the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) Order 2001 [S.I. 2001/544, amended by S.I. 2001/3544.].
