Article 8 Variation of threshold condition

In paragraph 1(2) of Schedule 6 [Schedule 6 was amended by S.I. 2001/2507.] to the Act (threshold conditions: legal status of deposit-takers), after "accepting deposits" insert "or issuing electronic money".
