Article 35 Amendment of the Companies (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990

In the Companies (No.2) (Northern Ireland) Order 1990 [S.I. 1990/1504 (N.I.10); Article 98(8) was inserted by S.I. 2001/3469.], in Article 98(8), after sub-paragraph (b), insert -

"(ba) operating a multilateral trading facility;".
