(1) The Authority and the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs ("the Commissioners") must take such steps as they consider appropriate to co-operate with each other and -

(b) the Bank of England; and

(c) any other public authorities which exercise functions that are relevant to electronic money issuers,

(d) the European Banking Authority,

for the purposes of the exercise by those bodies of their functions under these Regulations and other relevant legislation.
