Article 22 The Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 Domestic Infringements) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/1593)
In Part 1 of the Schedule (enforcement of consumer legislation: relevant enactments) to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 Domestic Infringements) Order 2003 [S.I. 2003/1593, to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.] -
(a) omit the entry for the Business Names Act 1985 [1985 c.7.];
(b) for the entry for the Companies Act 1985, substitute the following entries -
