Schedule 3 to this Order contains transitional provisions and savings in connection with -

(a) the extension to Northern Ireland of the enactments in force in Great Britain relating to open-ended investment companies; and

(b) the consequent repeal of the Open-Ended Investment Companies Act (Northern Ireland) 2002 [2002 c.13 (N.I.).].
