Regulation 7 Amendment of section 159 of the Act

In section 159 of the Act (interpretation of Chapter 3 of Part 10), in subsection (1), in paragraph (b) of the definition of "regulating provisions", after "(as defined by section 158(5))" insert "or guidance under section 158A".
