Regulation 13 Amendment of Schedule 3 to the Act

In Schedule 3 to the Act [Paragraph 4B of Schedule 3 was inserted by S.I. 2003/2066.] (EEA passport rights), after paragraph 4B, insert -

"The markets in financial instruments directive

4C. "The markets in financial instruments directive" means Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 April 2004 on markets in financial instruments.".
