73. Orders and regulations
(1) The power to make an order or regulations under this Part is exercisable by statutory instrument.
(2) [deleted]
(3) A statutory instrument containing-
(a) an order under section 61, or
(b) regulations under section 58, 59 or 61,
shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
