(1) The Minister may give a direction to the Agency in relation to -

(a) the holding and management of a directed investment,

(b) the exercise of any voting or other rights attaching to a directed investment, or

(c) the disposal of a directed investment,

and such direction may specify terms or conditions on, or subject to, which the thing concerned is to be done.

(2) The Agency shall comply with a direction under subsection (1).
