The Act of 2007 is amended in Part 5 by inserting the following Chapter after Chapter 6:
"Chapter 6A Publication of Names (Grocery Goods Undertakings List)
86A. Commission may publish certain information in respect of grocery goods undertakings
(1) The Commission shall keep and maintain a list (the 'grocery goods undertakings list') of names and addresses of the following persons, together with a description of their trade, business or profession and the particulars described in subsection (2):
(a) any person on whom a fine or other penalty was imposed by a court by or under Chapter 5 of Part 3;
(b) any person against whom a contravention notice takes effect under section 63D(8) or (9).
(2) The grocery goods undertakings list shall specify, in relation to each person named in the list, any particulars the Commission considers appropriate in respect of the following:
(a) the matter occasioning any fine or penalty imposed on the person by the court and the amount or nature of that fine
