6. Report of the chief registrar.

The chief registrar shall every year make a report of his proceedings and of those of the assistant registrars, and of the principal matters transacted by him and them and of the valuations returned to or caused to be made by the registrar during the year preceding, and that report shall be laid before Parliament. The report required by this section shall include particulars relating to credit unions and, in particular, a list of all statutory instruments in operation at the end of the year in question together with explanatory notes regarding such instruments and a copy of such particulars shall be sent free of charge on request to any credit union in the State.
