The power of a competent authority, referred to in section 1544 of the Companies Act 2014, to ensure that its standards include provisions in respect of statutory audit fees is to be exercisable in relation to auditors of Irish collective asset-management vehicles -
(a) for the same purposes, and
(b) subject to the same conditions.
