The capital requirement for NSLT health premium and reserve risk shall be equal to the following:

denotes the standard deviation for NSLT health premium and reserve risk determined in accordance with Article 148;
(b) 
denotes the volume measure for NSLT health premium and reserve risk determined in accordance with Article 147.
