30. Publicity.

(1) An examiner or, where appropriate, such other person as the court may direct, shall, within 14 days after the delivery to the registrar of companies of every order made under section 13A, 24 or 27, cause to be published in Iris Oifigiúil notice of such delivery.

(2) Where a person fails to comply with this section, that person, and where that person is a company, the company and every officer of the company who is in default, shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine not exceeding £1,500.
