86. Use of force in executing search warrants: Scotland
In section 387 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (issue of search warrants in Scotland in connection with certain investigations), after subsection (4), insert -
"(4A) A proper person may, if necessary, use reasonable force in executing a search warrant."
