(1) On the coming into force in relation to the registrar of companies for Northern Ireland of an order under Part 2 of the Deregulation and Contracting Out Act 1994 [1994 c.40; Part 2 is amended by paragraph 148 of Schedule 1 to this Order.], as amended by this Order, the provisions of the Deregulation and Contracting Out (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 [S.I. 1996/1632 (N.I. 11); the Order is amended by paragraph 166 of Schedule 1 to this Order.] relating to that registrar shall cease to have effect.

(2) Those provisions are -

(a) in Article 2(2), the definition of "registrar of companies";

(b) Article 11; and

(c) Part 1 of Schedule 2.
