50. Amendment of section 311A of Principal Act.

Section 311A (inserted by the Companies Act, 1990) of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the substitution in subsection (1) for "Without prejudice to the provisions of section 311(8) of this Act and section 12(6) of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1982," of "Without prejudice to the provisions of section 311(8) of this Act or subsection (3) or (7) of section 12B, or subsection (1) of section 12C, of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1982,".
