Regulation 19 Default in delivering report: court order

The court may, on the application of any member of the UK undertaking or the registrar, make an order directing the directors (or any of them) within such time as may be specified in the order to make good a default if -

(a) the requirements of regulation 14 or 15 have not been met; and

(b) the directors of the UK undertaking fail to make good the default within 28 days after the service of a notice on them requiring compliance.
