Article 9 Functions of local weights and measures authorities and the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland under FSMA 2000

(1) Local weights and measures authorities may institute proceedings in England and Wales for a relevant offence.

(2) The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland may institute proceedings in Northern Ireland for a relevant offence.
