In section 44A (bail in: reverse property transfer) [Section 44A was inserted by paragraph 5 of Schedule 2 to the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (c.33).], in subsection (5) for "sections 7 and 8A do" substitute "section 7 does".
