In section 133 (proceedings before Tribunal: general provision), in subsection (7A) [Subsection (7A) was inserted into section 133 by section 23 of the Financial Services Act 2012 (c.21).], at the end insert -
"(o) a decision to take action under section 83ZR of the Banking Act 2009.".
