(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act shall come into operation on such day or days as the Minister may appoint by order or orders either generally or with reference to any particular purpose or provision and different days may be so appointed for different purposes or different provisions.

(2) Section 1, this section and sections 3 to 6 and 9, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 35 shall come into operation on the passing of this Act.

(3) Sections 7 and 8 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 July 2005.
