27. Further amendment of section 2 of Act of 1997.

Section 2 (as amended by the Act of 2005) of the Act of 1997 is further amended by substituting the following subparagraph for subparagraph (II) of paragraph (iii):

"(II) which is not a company referred to in paragraph (c)(i) or (ii) or firstly referred to in paragraph (d).".
