Having regard to Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC [OJ L 173, 12.6.2014, p. 1.], and in particular the third subparagraph of Article 4(4) thereof,
Whereas:
(1) Commission Delegated Regulation to be adopted in accordance with the third subparagraph of Article 27(3) of Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council [Regulation (EU) No 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 on markets in financial instruments and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 (OJ L 173, 12.6.2014, p. 84).] requires ongoing submissions of identifying reference data for financial instruments admitted to trading.
