Regulation 3 Amendments to the Limited Liability Partnerships (Accounts and Audit) (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2008

(1) The 2008 Regulations are amended in accordance with this Part.

(2) Any reference in this Part to a numbered section is a reference to the section so numbered in the Act as applied to LLPs by the 2008 Regulations.
