Regulation 25 Minor definitions

(1) Regulation 55 [Regulation 55 was amended by S.I. 2009/1804, regulation 85 and paragraph 15 of Part 2 of Schedule 3.] (minor definitions) is amended as follows.

(2) In section 1173(1) (minor definitions: general), after the definition of "regulated market", insert -

""transferable securities" means anything which is a transferable security for the purposes of Directive 2004/39/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on markets in financial instruments [OJ L 145, 30.4.04, p.1, as last amended by Directive 2010/78/EU.]".
