18. Amendment of section 28 of Principal Act.

Section 28 of the Principal Act is amended by substituting the following for the second sentence:

"However, this section does not prevent such an institution that is also registered as a different kind of designated credit institution permitted by this Act from carrying on business activities that can be lawfully carried on by such a designated credit institution.".
