45. Amendment of section 61 of Principal Act.

Section 61 of the Principal Act is amended -

(a) in subsection (1) -

(i) by substituting "32(8) and (15)" for "32(8)", and

(ii) by substituting ", 38(4) and (5) and 41A(1)(c)" for "and 38(4) and (5)",

and

(b) in subsection (2)(b), by substituting "and" for "or".
