In section 89L(2) (restrictions on disclosure of confidential information) [Section 89L was inserted by S.I. 2014/3329.] -

(a) in paragraph (c) -

(i) in sub-paragraph (i), after inserted paragraph (cb) insert -

"(cc) a person appointed to make a report under section 83ZB [Section 89ZB was inserted by S.I. 2014/3329.] of that Act (reports by skilled persons);";

(ii) in sub-paragraph (ii), for "to (cb)" substitute "to (cc)";

(b) paragraph (c)(iii) becomes paragraph (d) of subsection (2).
