Article 34 Restrictions on disclosure of confidential information

In section 348(5) (restrictions on disclosure of confidential information by FCA, PRA etc) [Section 348(5) was amended by paragraphs 1 and 26 of Schedule 2 to Financial Services Act 2010.], after paragraph (c) insert -

"(zd) a person appointed to act as a temporary manager by the FCA or the PRA under section 71C;".
