A collecting society which is a registered friendly society shall send a return for the year 1993 to the Friendly Societies Commission as prescribed in the Industrial Assurance (Collecting Society Returns) Regulations 1968 [S.I. 1968/1585.] made under section 13(1) of the Industrial Assurance and Friendly Socieites Act 1948 [11 and 12 Geo. 6 c.39; section 13(1) was amended for purposes related to incorporated collecting societies by paragraph 14 of Schedule 19 to the Friendly Societies Act 1992 (c. 40).] notwithstanding the amendment of section 13(1) of that Act by paragraph 14 of Part I of Schedule 19 to the 1992 Act.
