Regulation 8 Old agreements

Any sums paid or payable by the debtor or a relative of his under or in connection with an agreement made before 1st April 1977 to a person other than the creditor may be excluded from the calculation of the rebate under these Regulations, and in this paragraph "creditor" has the same meaning as in Regulation 5(2) of the Total Charge for Credit Regulations.
