In this Order -
"Act of 2004" means the Civil Liability and Courts Act 2004 (No. 31 of 2004);
"functions" includes powers and duties, and references to the performance of functions include, as respects powers and duties, references to the exercise of the powers and carrying out of the duties;
"prescribed person" means a person prescribed by Article 3 of this Order.
