(1) A copy of such part only of an order or extract from an order as is necessary to enable the prescribed person concerned to perform his or her functions may be supplied to him or her.

(2) A prescribed person to whom a copy referred to in paragraph (1) of this Article is supplied shall not show or supply the copy to any person other than a person to whom it is necessary for it to be supplied or shown for the purpose of enabling the prescribed person to perform his or her functions.
