A determination made under regulation 25(5), 26(7) or 27(7) that an application is successful continues to have effect until -

(a) either -

(i) the person to whom the determination relates; or

(ii) that person's personal representative,

notifies the registrar in writing that he or she wishes the determination to cease to have effect; or

(b) the registrar revokes the determination under regulation 32.
