54. Amendment of section 48 of Act of 1989.
Section 48 of the Act of 1989, is hereby amended by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (3):
"(4) The Bank shall be notified of any application for a petition for the winding up of the holder of a licence before the petition is presented.".
