36J. Court may make enforcement orders.

(1) If a person has engaged, is engaging or is about to engage in conduct that involved, involves or would involve -

(a) contravening a provision of this Part, or

(b) attempting to contravene such a provision, or

(c) aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring a person to contravene such a provision, or

(d) inducing or attempting to induce, whether by threats, promises or otherwise, a person to contravene such a provision, or

(e) being in any way, directly or indirectly, knowingly concerned in, or a party to, the contravention by a person of such a provision, or

(f) conspiring with others to contravene such a provision,

the Court may make an order restraining the person from engaging in the conduct. The Court may include in the order a requirement that the person do a specified act.

(2) If a person has refused or failed, is refusing or failing, or is about to refuse or fail, to do an act that the person is required to do by or under a provision of this Part, the Court may make an order
