Regulation 16 Directions to comply with international obligations

(1) Section 1254 of the Companies Act 2006 (directions to comply with international obligations) is amended as follows.

(2) In subsection (1)(a) after "recognised qualifying body," insert "the Independent Supervisor".

(3) In subsection (3) after "given to" insert "the Independent Supervisor or".
