Regulation 26 Arrangements for setting technical standards

(1) Paragraph 22 of Schedule 10 to the Companies Act 2006 (arrangements for setting technical standards) is amended as follows.

(2) For "paragraph 10(2)" substitute "paragraphs 10(2) and 10A(2)".

(3) In paragraph (a) for "paragraph 10(1)" substitute "paragraphs 10(1) and 10A(1) respectively".
