The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1046(1), (2) and (4) to (6), 1047(1), 1049(1) to (3), 1050(3) to (5), 1051(1) to (3), 1053(2) to (5), 1054(1) and (2), 1055, 1056, 1058(1) to (3), 1078(5), 1105(1) and (2), 1140(2), 1292(1) and (4), and 1294 of the Companies Act 2006 [2006 c.46.].
