Regulation 75 Service of documents on director, secretary or permanent representative

The positions specified for the purposes of section 1140(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2006 (overseas companies that have registered particulars: persons on whom document may be served at registered address) are -

(a) director,

(b) secretary, and

(c) permanent representative.
