(1) In their application to Northern Ireland, these Regulations shall have effect with the following modifications.

(2) In regulation 38(5) -

(a) for the reference to section 53(1)(c) of the Law of Property Act 1925 there shall be substituted a reference to section 6 of the Statute of Frauds (Ireland) 1695 [1695 c. 12 (Ir).]; and

(b) for the reference to section 136 of the Law of Property Act 1925 there shall be substituted a reference to section 87 of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 [1978 c. 23.].

(3) In regulation 43(3) for the reference to section 4 of the Powers of Attorney Act 1971 there shall be substituted a reference to section 3 of the Powers of Attorney Act (Northern Ireland) 1971 [1971 c. 33 (N.I.).].

(4) In Schedule 4 -

(c) in paragraph 6(1), for the words from "in the case of a company registered in England and Wales" to the end there shall be substituted "elsewhere than in Northern Ireland";
