16. Amendment of Employment Agency Act 1971.

The Act of 1971 is amended by the insertion of the following definition in subsection (1) of section 1:

"'employment agency' includes an employment agency within the meaning of the Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Act 2012;".
