The Bank shall keep the operation of the deposit protection account under review and may, if it considers it expedient to do so after having regard to such factors as it considers relevant, from time to time make recommendations to the Minister for Finance and to the Minister for the Environment in relation to the amount of the deposit to be maintained by a credit institution under Regulation 5.
