18.0 Committees of the Board

18.1 Major Institutions are required to establish Audit, Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. Where an institution is part of a wider group where Remuneration and Nomination Committees exist, it may not need separate such committees. The Central Bank shall be informed of this decision promptly and retains the discretion to require the establishment of these committees.
