And be it enacted, That such judgments as against purchasers, bona fide, for valuable considerations of lands, tenements, or hereditaments, to be charged thereby, shall, in consideration of law, be judgments only from such time as they shall be so signed, and shall not relate to the first day of the term whereof they are entred, or the day of the return of the original, or fileing the bail; any law, or usage, or course of any court, to the contrary notwithstanding.
