Article 28 Objectives and investment policy section

Where the UK UCITS invests a substantial proportion of its assets in other UCITS or other collective investment undertakings as referred to in rule 5.2.13 of the Collective Investment Schemes sourcebook, the description of the objectives and investment policy of that UCITS in the key investor information document shall include a brief explanation of how the other collective undertakings are to be selected on an ongoing basis.
