3. Repeals.

The following provisions are repealed:

(a) section 5 of the Presidential Establishment Act 1938;

(b) sections 46(6) and 57(2) of the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act 1961;

(c) the Pensions (Abatement) Act 1965.
