12. Pension benefits to be paid to Scheme members or former Scheme members.

A person who is or was a member of the Scheme shall not be paid a pension and no entitlement shall exist -

(a) to retire or receive a pension or lump sum at a particular age or following a particular length of service, or

(b) to remain in service beyond a particular age,

other than under this Chapter, to or in respect of service to which a pension under the Scheme relates.
